I like luxury living without worrying about my property's pool and landscape maintenance. Do I have to do much here?
For around $200/month, you get weekly service to make sure that your pool is crystal clear and landscaping kept up. For maintenance and repair of your luxury property, you can setup an on-call handyman service for around $50 an hour when something needs repair. The total costs along with the $120/month HOA should still be much less than living in most Las Vegas luxury condos.

What kind of security is available?
The properties are constantly patrolled by gate security, both on the golf course and streets. They use car, golf cart, and bicycle. Although luxury living in this community is usually very peaceful, should you need security guards to come to your property, a call sends them there, often within seconds.

I'm interested in a second home but am concerned about leaving my property vacant?
You can let security here know when your house is vacant and ask them to keep a closer eye on it. They will even go onto your property to check it periodically, if you give authorization. There's no additional charge for this service.

I'm retiring. Is living here a good place for that?
Luxury retirement living in a Las Vegas Country Club property is fantastic. Many retirees choose this community as their home. It's great, providing a healthy combination of peacefulness when you want it or activeness when you don't.

Is it difficult to get around Las Vegas when living at a Las Vegas Country Club property?
Because the Las Vegas Country Club Estates is so centrally located, it's hard to imagine luxury living at a property anywhere else in Las Vegas that has easier access to the city.

Do residents actually walk to the Strip from their property at the Las Vegas Country Club?
Although the Strip is only half a mile away, most residents don't directly walk from their luxury properties but choose a short drive. Parking is free and convenient at the resorts. However, across the street from the Las Vegas Country Club is the Las Vegas Hilton, which has a Monorail stop that one can ride to many popular Strip destinations.

Is there a Hospital Nearby?
Sunrise Hospital is just across the street (Maryland Pkwy).

A Workout Facility?
Las Vegas Athletic Clubs is a large health and exercise facility with many amenities located just across the street (Karen Ave).

How about Shopping or Restaurants?
Living the life of luxury in one of these upscale properties, means you're located next to just about everything: Within approximately a 1/4 mile, you'll find a major mall, two major grocery and drug stores, along with numerous other retail stores, and restaurants galore, not to mention the availability on the Strip. Although they are able to live almost anywhere, Las Vegas Country Club Estates is their luxury home for many reasons. Is Owner-Carry an Option on these Luxury Properties?

Is Membership to the Golf Course Included?

I checked listings of these types of luxury properties, but don't see that many. I thought Las Vegas housing market was down?
Because residents living in these luxury properties at the Las Vegas Country Club Estates rarely move, these luxury properties, especially in the high-end, are sparingly on the market.

Sounds Terrific! Why aren't more people lining up to buy?
Two years ago, you would only find a small number of houses for sale in this community of approximately 350 houses. There was not a strong need to advertise these properties and many real estate agents simply ignored or had limited knowledge of the Las Vegas Country Club Estates. There's also no strong image marketing campaign that you often find in a new luxury condo development. So many people simply don't know about this niche.
